What's up everybody?
I just joined the forums, but here are a few pics of my first ram (2003 Dodge Ram 1500) which I modified for show... Don't mess with me about that roof scoop! I had it laying around, and decided to put it on one day for no freakin reason....lasted me a month before I got angry and ripped it off. I'm about to put the truck up for sale. A little piece of me is dying with that truck...BUT....

That ram is being replaced with my new baby.....I just ordered a 2004 SRT-10 RC from Indiana for a price I couldn't resist. But I've definitely got some major plans for it as soon as it gets here!!!! These are the longest 2 weeks of my life :eek:
Take a good look now, cuz this SRT-10 is definitely not gonna look like this after I get my hands on it

At first I wasn't sure, but that flashing blue LED thingy is what sold me. Hell, I couldn't help myself. I ordered a dozen of them thar things. I figure five on the top, kind of like runnin lights. Then on the sides I could have one on each corner so I would look like the big rigs with those thar clearance lights.

The other three may go on the wifes FX if I cain't figure outs where to mount them on the truck.

I just love modding my tuck. :)

I had mine shipped in, it took two days....Felt more like two weeks. It was worth it, I put 1500 miles on it the first week.

Thanks for the welcome and I plan on sticking around. I haven't been on the boards for about a week since I got it because I haven't stop driving it!! This truck is by far the best purchase I've made. Highway patrol in my neighborhood doesn't like the new truck too much though :newangel: Anyone else around the South Fl area?

He must be talkin bout the old truck :thinking: That truck's paint is damaged as hell from the last hurricane that came through. I just recently got my insurance check so I gotta drop it off at the paint/body shop before I sell it off

Sorry I didnt mean to sound like a jerk. It was late at night and that was my reaction when I saw those pics. I paint cars for a living. Yeah the viper blue one. If you look at the pic of the left front fender headlight shot. It just has alot of orange peel. Like the painter did'nt cut and buff it and pasted it off on you thinking you would never know the differance. You had that truck painted a some point right?

The blue truck looks awesome but ummm yeah the roof scoop has got to go. By the way, what is the function of those anyway? Are they so if you can air flow into the cabin of a race car that has no A/C?

Awesome is'nt exactly the word I would use to discribe the paint job on the blue poser truck. It needs cut ( color sanded ) and buffed. Other than that the paint jobs probably fine. Its just it not done. Someone didnt do the last two steps. But i guess it does'nt matter since he now has a black RC and is no longer ranked at poser statis... :p Just picing on ya alittle man. welcome to the board. :sgrin:

LOL well it wasn't completely done with when the hurricane came and now it's been hit and scraped by bricks and other nasty crap. But yeah the finish is very dull. It's all gonna be repainted, sanded, buffed out the whole works before it's sold. Thank you insurance :haha:
No worries though man, I have my SRT-10 and am loving every damn gas-guzzling minute of it
