We've opened up a Photo Gallery that is available to all users at the following URL:

Right now each user has a 3MB limit but we might increase that down the road. Give it a shot and let us know what you think.
You can also add photos to your virtual "Garage" by visiting the vbPicGallery under the Quick Links menu here:
