what should i do?

i'm wanting to get my wheels painted black, but i want to try to do it myself. i know i want to go with the satin black as recommended. but i need to know if y'all recommend me doing it myself or not. thanks.:lew:

Painting doesn't usually hold up real well. At least I haven't had any luck. I've heard it's all in the prep work which I usually skimp on. Many folks have had good luck with powder coating them. You might look for a powder coater near you and see what they charge for the job.

You could stick to your current theme, and have the passenger side powdercoated professionally, and paint the driver's side wheels with rattle cans!

The Banjo Playing Boy, and his family, actually lived there. The film crew saw him playing at the local store (like in the move) and decided to work him into the the movie. (His Family Tree only has a couple of limbs and NO branches) His family makes a living running "Shine"

It was filmed before the Lake Jo Casse (http://www.lakejocassee.com/history.htm) Dam was built and flooded the entire area. (North West South Carolina, above Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee).

The lake was built for the sole purpose to keep Lake Keowee water level stable to supply water to the Nuke Power Plant at the Dam of Lake Keowee...

Use to be one of the best White Water areas in the nation...

Speaking of which......what is it with reality TV. I just saw a commercial highlighting some new shows all of which were about families with multiple children. I mean 8, 10, 12, 18 children. Who wants to watch a string of shows about bunch of snot nosed kids and parents that reproduce like rabbits. I don't get the attraction.

I won't watch that crap. Leave it on Discovery, History or National Geographic channel please. And I mute most commercials too.

Actually my wife watches those while I'm in the same room on the laptop so that's why I'm aware of them. What a waste of airwaves. She's also addicted to HGTV. She's always getting ideas for projects I get to do.

I`m not much on specifically planning to watch a TV show with a few exceptions.Football ,college and pro.Ohio State ,Cincinnati and Notre Dame.Bengals ,SNF and MNF.


As far as shows go I`m in for the NatGeo stuff like Jessie James stuff,western bios etc.

Lobstermen,Cougertown,Diners Drive Ins and Dives,Man v Food,Alaska State Troopers. That`s pretty much it.
