Here is the deal:

Product: Hennessey long tube headers made from T304 stainless steel, includes merge collectors, TIG welded, 3 in. mid pipes with highflow cats ($400 option) or without (no cost). Designed to bolt on and work directly with Magnaflow exhaust. Our test truck had our long tube headers, no cats, Magnaflow exhaust and our cold air kit and made over 470 rw hp. Here are some pics and dyno sheet:

http://www.hennesseyperformance.com/hennesseyperformance/ItemDetail.php?Item_ID=145&cart=iDWPJUuW&DoThis=Dodge+Ram+SRT10&ActionReq=Where

Price: $2495 plus shipping - Includes headers, mid pipes and no catalysts. Add $400 for high flow catalysts.

Availability: Right now our production is not real fast. We have a backlog of about 6 orders. And it will take us a while to ramp up to the demand we expect will come from this offer. So no promises on when your order would ship other than its first come first serve.

Terms: No money up front. Just PM, email or call me to place your order. You will not be billed until we have your parts in a box and give you a tracking number. At that point we take Paypal or we can ship COD.

Since our headers are made from stainless we dont coat them. Others who make them from mild steel have to coat them as they would otherwise rust. We can have them coated for an additional cost to be determined. We have a much higher material cost by making our headers from stainless steel and by using true 5-1 racing merge collectors. A pair of collectors costs nearly $700 for the pair from Burns Stainless. So before somebody starts whining about the price please consider the level of quality. If they cost too much then we are sorry that you will not be ordering from us. On the otherhand, if you would like to order a well built, well engineered header system with no up front monetary obligation, then please feel free to do so.

Please feel free to put your name on the list right here and we will build and ship orders as they are placed on this thread. Thank you for your consideration.

I agree 100% the more i research items for our trucks/ vipers, good stuff costs good $$$.

I look at it this way not only are we paying for the product (i.e. the parts) but we are also paying for your expertise, Much like we pay more for better doctors, dentists, strippers, etc.

props to you and lets hear some numbers for the headers

No prob Titan, its probably going to be a few months. Go ahead and PM us your order at no obligation. If we have headers for you and you cant take them at the time, no problem. Will try to keep this offer as long as possible as long as our material costs dont go up.

John just a Q, will these fit the QC? And the other is do you run the O2 simulators or do you just leave the sensors in place, and if you are running the simulators do you use them on 2 or all 4? thanks

Hmm. Have you priced SS recently? Subtract the cost of the collector, that is $1895. Minus SS, Doesn't equal a whole lot of labor cost. Let alone letting some generic shop use my truck to mach it up? Maybe that's ok for you L boys... Not us RAM folks.

Peace Out.

We are going to make the mid pipes on the QC such that they will bolt right on to the Magnaflow. No additional cost for the QC.

I would rather pay for good quality than some run of the mill junk. I trust a man who knows what he is talking about when it comes to this engine. Good post Craig.. Ohh Rah.
