Sorry for the non-'Dodge' and non-'American car' post :p
But I really had to show this, it's very serious. Two men died in this terrible car accident going more than 100 mph, and I think it was a lot more :(
Maybe some of you know about the accident because it happened on the California Speedway in Fontana.

**** thats disturbing. May their souls rest in peace. Looking at the cab it looks like they maybe should have made it...nothing seems to have invade the cab. Must have been some massive deceleration..

I think of that every time I get on the track with the bikes, got numerous broke bones, scars you name it. It really gets me unneerved when Joanne gets in her "zone" and clicks off great times. But he said it , the risk is there , and you assume it when you enter the track, but I hate seeing any tragedy like this, God be with them and their families.

What a shame! God bless them and their families. And God bless them for keeping it on the track so innocent bystanders weren't affected. I you have to go, might as well go doing something you love to do. They were pretty young though.

Look at that wreck and think about all the Nascar wrecks we see every week. It goes to show you how safe those Nascar setups really are. Cars flipping multiple times, banging hard walls at 180+ and they walk away from them......totally amazing.

I wonder if they were on the road course?

How about flipping a top fueler at 300+ mph and walking away? Although, we lost Darrell Russell last year.

Believe me guys it definitly makes you think about when and where you can do things. Thats the reason we ride the track now, I lost my little bro because he was going too fast on a military base, lost control,,and so-on. I have even seen Joanne go tumbling down the track more than once, one time putting a whole in one of her lungs. And I know you would think we would learn bikes are dangerous, but for both of us its a passion, and we definitly know the risk when we pull out of the pits. But guys I betcha these guys were doing what they love also, and they new the risk, and I gaurantee 2 turns before this happened they were all smiles.God bless em.
