X Metal QC Drop Kit photos

I'm driving and loving my truck again and as you can see the tires are straight, the body low and the handling is great. Ran the truck up to a little over 100 tonight. Dips in the road.....no problem. Colleti Motor Sport
( Dayton ) installed the kit, without issue. Thanks Boomer, I am the first in the area with the kit installed. If anyone needs pics from underneath or measurements just let me know. The alignment shop took my 99$ but I think their adjustments were nominal. The kit came with everything I needed front & back. The worse part is, to show off the quality you gotta be friken mini-me to look underneath
Hey Boomer !!!!!! what do you offer for my OCC Chopper?

Just a few last photo's of the X-Metal kit installed. I know Red is the slowest color....I've heard from Roketman and just about everyone else...so it must be true. But Red looks good LOW even if it's SLOW.

Once again, it looks great and glad to hear everything worked out for you this time. Hope JH carries through with his promise to refund your money on the other kit.

I'll be honest with you, I hope so... 2 grand to lower this thing is just a bit much. But rest assurd I'll be the first to let you know when he ( JH ) does. At least that way I'd feel I could go to him for other items that he offers. The power of this web site is amazing. And the way all of you guys got behind me when I had an issue was great....thanks to everybody.

no, i never claimed a 1-2 drop for a QC. thats impossible just from flipping the rear leafs. we will have forum pricing up soon. thanks

The RC was the 1/2 drop unless you wanted the slammed 1/3 look in which you got bigger blocks. Wazz's truck does look awesome whatever the drop is. QC's stand taller from the factory to begin with.

I'll have to PM him then, cause your truck is sittin sweet!! Any problems with traction or wheel hop?

It still hooks up the same, except the drop in the seat is less noticable. It still chirps when shifting under power. Feels tight when cornering, no difference in stopping. The real benifit is I can clean my hood and Retrax cover without a ladder. It's nice to be able to see the eye's of your compitition instead of the tops of their cranium.
I can understand why 1TalSRT likes his with a lift kit, unless he is in his booster seat, no one can look inside at him.
