I can't remember who it was, but someone did post pictures of a Truxedo lo-pro installed with their wing. You won't be able to open it though with the wing in place, but you can still open the tailgate.

This is getting frustrating. I want a soft tonneau that I can roll up WITHOUT removing the wing!

It's been over a year since I bought my SRT, and I'm finally considering removing the wing, for good, so that I can get a soft tonneau!

I have the truxedo low profile, fits under the wing with no mods. But as others have said you can't roll it up without taking the wing off.

That really looks good. What it set you back for? I like how it fit between the wing. I had to shim my wing up to fit the checkerpro softy. It was inexpensive though $150 or so.

Can also be used as redneck swimming pool if you properly line it..

I've seen yours in other posts, and it seems like a real good choice. Looks nice too! Though, I would like more it if it were flush with the bed rails.

Hell, it's got a Mopar bedliner (and I've put it to use too!)! It came free with the truck! Kinda.

Thing is, this truck is my 'toy', so when not in use, I keep it covered up in the driveway(Too damn BIG for the garage). As you can imagine, the car cover 'sags' quite a bit without something across the bed. So I've been using plywood to prevent the covers from sagging (Don't worry, I've taken steps to protect the paint), but I'm tired of F'n with it every time I want to use the truck. I need a tonneau! :)

Gaylord makes a tonneau called the Speedstur that has an awesome looking nascar style spoiler on the end of it. You'd have to remove the wing to use it, but it looks outstanding.

Just make sure you get the one for the RC. The one for the QC is a different size and won't fit.

I have the Tonneau Masters bed cover and it fits under the wing but, I have to take the wing off to roll it up. I rarely use the truck bed (only once so far). Small things I just throw in the back seat.

I have the Truxedo low profile and yes it does look just like the tonneau on Flying Low's truck. At first I had the same concern about not being able to roll up the tonneau without removing the wing, but at least for me that has become pretty much of a moot point. If you could roll it up, you still can't slide anything taller into the bed because the wing is in the way, so the only way you can make use of the open bed is to load over the side, which I really don't want to do. I decided that gave me a good excuse to say" No, I'm terribly sorry, I really can't help you move your couch or weight bench this weekend.." to those who may ask. The Truxedo with the bedrug was a perfect combo for carrying anything that would slide underneath which is all you need 90 percent of the time.

Still, with that being said, it would be nice to have it functional. The latch/catch mechanism is the reason that you can't roll it back. I had started to work on a bracket that would allow the latch mechanism to drop out of the way so that the rear bar could slide forward until it cleared the wing. At that point the top could be rolled up as originally designed. If there is enough interest in this idea, I will finish the protoype and make it available to those who are interested. Let me know what you guys think.

Ekool, let me know what is necessary to bring a product to the forum.
Thanks

I don't know the price. It was on the truck when I got it. Yes I have to take the wing off to roll it the cover up. It just takes a few minutes to do both. I just rarely use the truck bed.
