Besides a pod to mount the gauge in, you'll probably need a weld-in bung to mount the O2 sensor. Any competent exhaust/muffler shop should be able to do this for you. Most manufacturers tell you to place it at least 18" from the heads, and between the primary and secondary cats seems to be a good choice. Until your sensor is installed, you just put a blank plug in it.

Otherwise you can replace one of the existing factory narrow band sensors with the Bosch sensor, and plug the factory O2 plug into an O2 sim to keep the ECU happy.
