Take it easy while towing and keep an eye on gear. It might be difficult to balance out while taking turns IMO.

What do you mean by "difficult to balance out"? I am not questioning you I just don't understand the term in regards to towing.

This is real good info, I'd like to put a hidden hitch on or something.

Do I have an RC if my truck came without one? I got it used and may be the 3rd owner so hard to say without looking at the VIN.

The truck should be ok for hauling motorcycle trailor or lumber from Home Depot without issues?

RC = Regular Cab = 2 door
QC = Quad Cab = 4 door

QC came from the factory with a hitch.
RC did not but it can be added. And yes if you're smart and don't try to race the truck while towing you should have no problem.

If it moves and it shouldn't, use Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it should, use WD40.

Thanks Dave, good stuff. I am pretty sure I have the RC.

I'll check the VIN and get back to you.

I am going to do a search, but can anyone post pics with the hide away hitch installed?

Thanks,
Shane
