Yup Eric, but the 6spd. is more fun and a tick or two faster!
The manual is not as bad as some, I find it almost impossible to stall. Only one other person has driven mine so far and they did quite well. They had never driven a stick, and only stalled once!ramman47 said:two things about that...

Ummm - I would bet you that in real world street driving that the auto is quicker at least til about 110 mph. We ran 13.29 with an auto QC with air intake and catback mods. The auto is effortless to go quick whereas the 6speed requires skill and finesse to get it to go quick.Milo55 said:Yup Eric, but the 6spd. is more fun and a tick or two faster!![]()
I disagree. The 6 speed trucks are 12 second trucks in real world street driving if you know what I mean. It's the launch that makes them 13+.John Hennessey said:Ummm - I would bet you that in real world street driving that the auto is quicker at least til about 110 mph. Just an FYI for the 6speed guys - when you match up with an auto QC you best be on your shifting game.
OK - well if launching from a standing start on the street is not real world I must have a different difinition. My point is simply that the auto is easier to launch for just about anybody as compared to the stick.9 seconds said:I disagree. Ahh yes - our private test track race.9 seconds said:I was thinking the kind of racing we used to do. I wasn't thinking about stoplight to stoplight. With that I do agree.
