they did the cam recall,and 5 days later i get it back only to have the heater hose that goes into the manifold fly off.they forgot to put the hose clamp on.i was 60 miles away from home so i put coolant in it and a new hose clamp and drove it home .ill let the dealership know today ,maybe they can refund my 25 dollars on coolant that i bought. what a mess it made

IMO, If they forgot that, I'd be checking every other area of thier work also.

In fairness to the Dealer, would it not be fair to see how they handle the problem prior to posting "Bad Dealership Experiance?" And it looks as if they stood up to the plate and handled it quite well. (No I'm not a Dodge Dealer) But give ANY Dealer a chance first.
