Just got off the phone with my local Dodge dealer. He told me that Dodge will be finally releasing their OEM Bed Cover at the end of March or early April. It will fit inside the rails and work with the wing in place. Cost: around $900.

Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Look at this link... this is the tonneau cover and new wing that you are referring to. The 'under the rail' comment that you made is referring to the bed tray that has the 'SRT' logo on it.

The pic is from Daytona and one of the special edition trucks. End of March beginning of April timing is correct and the price is pretty close.
