I don't know much in this area yet. There has been talk of performance gains from roller rockers and pushrods. Arrow racing (where Viper engines are rebuilt under warranty) makes a pedestal mount roller rocker. Try contacting them for a Gen III one. Mopar (T&D) makes a shaft mount but requires cylinder head modifications and spacers to raise the valve covers. These guys will take the time to explain what you want to know and will have a decent price if you choose what they sell.
