My engine has developed a miss on #1 cyl. I determined this with a infrared thermometer. It started out as very slight and intermitant yesterday. It only lasted about 2 or 3 minutes and then went away. Today it was a little rough on start up and within 1 mile #1 cyl is dead. My thinking is that it is a wire or injector, maybe a plug. Engine mechanically sounds fine and oil pressure is right where it should be. Has anyone had a similar problem?

I will be driving the SRT 10 today (been raining the last 5 days). I'll check under the hood and see if I notice anything. Sounds like a possible wire connection.

No check engine light? I'm thinking misfires would set a light.
