The Aztecs were warriors who painted themselfs in RED dye to prove their bravery in the 12th and 13th centuries. They migrated to the area near Saltillo, Mexico where they remained until the late 16th century when they were defeated by the Spanish. The sybolisim of RED implies that one is stable courageous,brave and FAST. RED was the first color percieved by Man. Wearing of RED indicates you are Brave and Fearless. RED is also connected with being invincible and is associated with fertility. This explaination should without a doubt prove that"RED IS THE FASTEST COLOR ! Just wanted to share this so there won't be any more misunderstanding about the value of the color RED Droopy

Any Questions! No! RED IS FASTEST and it's the color to have! That's why dodge used a red one to break the record, they weren't sure if they could do it in a Black or Silver one!

BTW, what color does any metal turn, regardless of it's original color, when exposed to the extreme high temperatures of excessive high speeds? RED, as in RED Hot! It only returns to it's original color after it SLOWS down and cools off.

The only reason they offered gray and black is that they had alot of primer left over from painting the red ones.(lol) Mine is red but I wish they had offered some shade of blue myself. all three colors look great in my opinion.

Your right but we dig at each other all the time!! The "my color is the fastest" has to be the most repeated line on this forum!!

the only reason 24% of car buyer buy silver (or Road grime grey as we call it) is because they dont have to wash them as often


I say this as dad picks up his new hemi durango tommorow in Road Grime Grey

well now, if we want black to be fast--err, add some red pinstriping and you will notice the faster difference...

I set a personal land speed record sunday...got on interstate 5 fwy,,,115mph!
It was windy also, and the truck just glided thru like a hot knife thru butter,,,no buffeting at all....only went a short distance, shut it down to 60mph...what a rush! Never did that before,,,not even in a car.
That Red sure is fast ..It did not take long to get up to that speed.
got home, parked the truck in the garage, got my calif duster and wiped it down...sat in a chair in the garage, popped open a beer and just stared at Red.
