319.00- ain't sh-t, when building my lowrider ,in order to move as little as possible in the engine bay, i went with 265/30/22 as feet and trust me that a year and a half ago, before 22's were the norm. they were not cheap and i got them at cost(cost for express tire) for 425.00 a peice---
That is lotta moneeeeee, but not bad for a 22. Tire Rack ( ask for Luke #362 ) always is helpful to serious motorheads. He knows his stuff and loves Vipers, hence, we know he loves Viper Trucks!!! Good info to know, as I imagine a few will be burned into the tarmac of many a drag strip in the next year, ha.
Tirerack.com is a great place to get these Pirelli P305/40R22 tires. I purchased 2 of them as backups...most dealers probably will not "stock" these special tires. I did the same thing in August 2000 for my new 2001 Z06 Corvette which had special Goodyear "Supercar" tires...one for the front and one for the rear. 98% of the Goodyear dealers did not stock these Supercar tires ($295 front & $335 rear). My brother-in-law's Z06 was stranded in Memphis for 3 days waiting for the UPS truck delivery to the local Goodyear dealer! No spares on these Z06's just a can of goo!
