I think the wing is good, but then again if you don't like it sell it sooner then later. Right now I bet you could get $750 for it. 6 months form now you will be lucky to get $350.

There is already a dealer selling them for $785 in Texas.

I mounted the SRT-10 spoiler on my Snugtop SL tonneau cover. I'm pleased with the way it fits and it looks good from any angle. There are pictures and more info under visual modifications. Here are a few pictures.

It bolted right on. I shortened the length of the rear "slide attachment assembly" You can actually remove the front 2 bolts and loosen the rear 2 bolts and actually slide it forward and off just like stock. Take a look at my explanation under visual mods.

Just remember: Measure, and remeasure many times, drill once!

Snugtop SL tonneau

The more I look at the pictures of your truck the more I like the
look of the tonneau/truck/wing combination retaining the wing. You did a beautiful job. There is another Silver Ram SRT-10 in my area. Within 1 mile. He has removed the wing and it is just another ole Dodge PU with out the wing. The wing is a must stay item for me. Are you happy with the quality of the cover? If you received your cover painted how was the paint. Do you know the weight of the Snugtop SL tonneau? Also what is the approximate cost? I am still doing the dance with the Dealer and DC about the power issue on my truck. They are realizing that I am not going away. I hope all is well with you.

I saw a red srt-10 in N. California with wing mounted on top of bed cover. It looked "stuck on" IMHO. If you want to see what it looks like, let me know. The truck is at a local dealer getting service...I might be able to snap off a pic.

Also, I've heard that the wing is structural and designed to improve handling. I've never had mine off so I don't know.

I ordered up a Gaylord without the wing and am having a shop put the wing that came with the truck right on it. They are also going to install catbacks and ordered a K&N. I guess the K&N will not work that they ordered. I am also considering the billets for the front grills. The shop owner also asked if I had considered lowering the truck. Anyone else lower their truck?

cudaman, did you ever mount the wing on your cover? i just orderd a dodge hard cover it was alot cheaper than galords and will come painted. i was still wondering if the wing will fit on that cover. i really want the wing on.
