Yes Marc, I put about 1 quart or so in mine in between oil changes. It doesn't leak any where, so I just figured it was a characteristic for these motors. Don't know though!

I changed my oil at 1K, and then again at 4K. Never had to add any.

I'm now at 4,5xx miles - Just drove it yesterday for the first time in 2 months!! It still does triple digits.

Don't feel so bad now. There definitely no leakage. I was up under the truck torqueing down the new headers and didn't see a singel drop.

now you guys got me worried. Now I'm gonna have to home and drive it (you know, to get it warmed up) then check the oil. DARN!!

I'm only at 2700 miles......first change was about 800....have checked it since and is still full!!! Maybe that's why we get that black soot stuff out the tailpipe? Just a little oil getting used up Good to know though....thanks for sharing.

No usage between changes and I have over 10K on mine.I have done 3 changes .
