state and city
well, i thought you might enjoy the natural beauty as well.
thanks
i'm in Hamilton, Montana which is in the southwest portion of the state. the local area is also known as the Bitterroot Valley, after the river that goes through it. it's a very nice area, Federal lands on the west and east of valley, wilderness area just 3 miles west of my house. i've been here since 1984, 3500 population in city limits, 35k surrounding area. hard to make a living locally though, due to demographics. many, of the super rich and celebrities moving in last 10 years or so.
property values skyrocketing for this reason and because there is a limited amount of land available.
Craig, i used to live in sarasota fl., and my ultimate desire would be to have a nice place on the water in fl for winter and a place here for summer.
but... no night life what so ever, just laid back beauty and serenity. you can leave the keys in your car, and your house unlocked and not worry.
