expensive price

hello srt10 owner,
i don't live in united states but i want buy a SRT 10
Well I find a dealer in NewYork Manhattan Jeep Chry Dodge Inc.
he ask me for the SRT10 46,095$ destination charges include +Tax 8.63

but the dealer ask me 5000$ more to buy the SRT10
he say excatly this to me

the 5000$ is market adjustment is being imposed on that vehicle because of limited supply. That's the minimum allowed on this vehicle-and that's partly dur to it not being here as of yet. It will definitely be more imposed once it reaches our showroom. you are fortunate enough to have ordered the vehicle directly form the factory. ------- .........

can you beleive what he tell me ????
So the SRT10 price pass to 46,095$ at 51,095$ +Tax
so his about a total of 56,000$

do you think this is regular or expensive
thank you

MSRP is MSRP for a reason, if they wanted to adjust the price because it was limited the cost would be 50,000 (msrp)... dont pay over MSRP - they will be giving these away $500 over invoice in a few months.

MSRP is actually $45,850. The original window sticker on our first four read, 45,700, 45,795,45,850, and 45,850. There were a few that snuck through at 45,795, and we even had one at 45,700 ( really strange ), but Dodge had a price increase virtually at launch and you will see this pricing on all trucks in the future. Some are higher if the Dealer ordered a bedliner, airbags, and the Navigation system. Realistically there should not be any out there with the Navigation, as it just became available.

My previously ordered Red SRT10 is also up for grabs at MSRP, I just couldn't wait. They are the only dealer in town without the market adjustment of $10,000. It has the single optional side air bags. In the Denver metro area.

Wow you guys are getting your trucks for cheap! I went to 2 dealers that have the srt-10 within 50 miles one was selling for 75K! Which was brought down to 55k and the other one was going for 66k! Sh*t I have to end up ordering one. How long would you guys think it will take to get my truck if I order it?

Forever Plus...

My SRT-10 was ordered Oct. 2, of last year. The dealer tells me, "it will be delivered" but no date as yet. DC tells me, "BG Status" I'm a very patient man, will continue to wait as I do trust the dealership and the salesman. I've purchased four new cars/trucks from them in recent years, and they have always come thru. 3k UNDER MSRP ...

They too, are perplexed as to distribution of the SRT line of Rams. The right hand, doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing when it comes to distribution, but it's my guess, the squeakest wheel, gets the grease.

My Corvette still warms my heart everytime I fire her up, but I'd really like to hear the tune of 500 HP warmin' the neighborhood!

I am in the same boat as you. Ordered min October 8th. At least your is in BG status. Somehow someone canceled my order on January 9th. I called DC on January 10th and they told me mine was in ZA status. CANCLED. Talk about PO’ed. I called my dealer and spoke to the owner. I also spoke to the regional sales manager for DC. Then he called his boss. They all assured me that I would receive one. Of course, who knows when that will be? I did ask them why the pre-sold’s are not shipping first. He said there is no rhyme or reason as to the way DC ships them.

For that much money you should buy one from up here in Alaska! They sell for about 46K and there are NO taxes.

Here's another good rumor. The general sales manager at a dealership told me that allocation was based not only on truck sales but was based on regular cab truck sales like the SRT. That favors dealerships that sell a lot of work trucks.
