Regular or Quad Cab?

I'm moving from Norway down to Orlando in June. I plan on buying a SRT-10 but can't decide between RC and QC, so far here are the pro's I see with each:

RC:
-Faster
-Manual Transmission
-Cheaper

QC:
-Extra Seats
-Better Daily Driver

The car will be used as a daily driver, what do you guys think?

Welcome to Florida!!

Do you need to haul more than 1 extra person? If so the QC is the way to go.

Are you going to be driving in stop and go traffic? Then the QC is the way to go. The stick gets tiring after 45 minutes of only going 2 miles. :)
Do you need to carry any luggage or other gear that you'd rather not have in the bed of the truck? Then the QC is the way to go.

Welcome to the sunshine state, where it always rains when you want to go driving. ;)

The question of need is a difficult one. However the extra space is always nice. I do think that the QC is the best option for me, but on the other hand I like managing the power with a manual.

I will be attending school in Orlando, so I won't be driving that much, mainly going to school, shopping, going to gym, etc.
Towing capability was the deciding factor for me - zero for the RC and 7,500 lbs.for the QC.
Have the QC and love it. We have a 5yr old son and go to Viper Days pulling a trailer with a Grand Cherokee Jeep. We can now replace Grand Cher. towing with the QC and have a fun daily driver.

If you do not need the space and want the ultimate in performance buy a Viper.
sprite,Good to talk to you today.Glad you joined the forum. There is a bunch of good guys on here.Welcome and hope your trip over here is good.Let us know what you end up with .

Sure will :) Coming over with my girlfriend for a vacation in March to check out the place. Hoping one of the dealers will let me test drive one then, but I doubt it since I don't have a US license.

I've been thinking of just getting one of ebay if I find a good deal and have it stored somewhere until I come over (If I find a good deal 1-2 months before I move). Is this a viable option? I guess I would have to get it insured somehow, but does it have to have plates?
Probably be best to acquire the SRT once you are settled in Florida. There will be lots of SRT's available in that area of the country.
I've made up my mind, going to get a Black QC
Might want to contact Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse. He is the "I can find it and ship it to you dealer for cheap"!!!!!!!!! Black is quite the color too!!
