My truck did not come with a spare tire and rim. I replaced the 4 tires on the truck and kept the best one for a spare as soon as i found the correct spare steel rim. I would assume it would have had a 22 steel, but it looks like it came stock with at 20? Any thoughts on the correct size?

Yeesh, the 20 incher is heavy enough, could you imagine a steel 22" lol? Should be same as the other 3rd gen 20" equipped Rams, depending on year. I know 02-03 and possibly 04 came with the 275/55R20 on the big ass heavy steel wheel (good for traction weight though), then either 04 or 05 they went a 275/60R20. The 20x9 steelie will clear your calipers at both ends and the 275/55R20 will match the stock tires diameter wise (if you're using the stock 305/40R22 size).
