0-60 MPH 6.03 sec

1/4 mile 13.85 @ 102.11

Braking 60 MPH - 0 MPH 131.50 Ft

Brake Fade 60MPH - 0 MPH 130.64 Ft

600 ft salom 59.74 MPH

About the same give or take your shifting talent!!! Those times for the qc seem fast but that must be my lack of shifting talent coming through!!!

GOOOOD driver...mid-13's..STOCK.. best I've seen recorded 12.85sec 1/4mi. STOCK.

0-60 in 4.8 seconds
1/4 13.2 seconds @ 107.1mph

Ya... doesn't make much sense that a heavier truck with a 4 speed automatic is running the same 1/4 or faster than a lighter truck with a 6-speed. Anyone else agree?

RC 0-60 4.8 seconds 1/4 et 13.1 107 mph
QC 0-60 6.1 seconds 1/4 et 13.85 102 mph
1.3 seconds .75seconds 5 mph

Looks like the RC gets it done buy a second bottom and top, mph are close probably because of the 4.56 gearing pulling harder on top end. the 05 RC should be a tick quicker with the new gearing.I guess though a RC driver better not miss that one gear or the QC might dominate.

That 1.3/seconds translates into 3 truck lengths @ that speed (over 100mph.) in a 1/4mi.
It's NOT that close

I figure even a bigger distance at about 14 feet per .1/sec at 100MPH that would be 105 feet or about or about 6 RC truck lengths.

Ok ok I was thinking in tractor and trailor lengths, too much truck driving , and my tractor and tailor os 75ft overall so that would be about a trucklength or so.

My QC ran 5.41 and 5.36 0-60 on a G-tech. 6.1 seems high.

Hard to believe a QC could be 1.3 seconds slower to 60 but only 0.65 slower in the 1/4. (especially with trap speed 5 mph slower for the QC).

Everything else being equal - I agree.

Although, an Auto trans should be easier to launch, and more consistent.

A 6 speed is waaaay more fun though.
