SilverStreak, Nice, I just got mine this morning at Walmart, 79.00 for both sets. But its so damn cold here I think I will wait to put them in. I had them in my Hemi they did make a big diff.

I've had the for 8 months and both the fog's burned out the last week. The color is nice but if they don't last very long than I'll go with the HID setup John is offering. Just my 2 cents. Droopy.

I changed out the stock headlamp bulb for the 9007 ST Sylvania's,so far ,seems brighter..have not replaced the fogs..

Well the HID is prob like $300-$500(Im guessing). I got my bulbs at pep boys for$45+tax for all 4. I had them on my hemi for a year with no problems.

i had the silverstars for a few weeks, but just got HID's installed last week. it is unbelievable the difference. like nite and day.

i got my HID's from a local installer. i like em so much i am putting them on my colorado. only problem is they are so damn expensive....500 installed.

Do you still maintain a highbeam/lowbeam? Are they projectors that need the stock headlight buckets to be me modified? I'm sorry for all the questions but I am really interested in HIDs but I don't know squat about how to upgrade to them...

no more high beams....dont need em. all they do is replace the bulb then put the ballasts or charger into the back of front bumper. so they take the front end off.

i may get fogs done, but like i said i want to get the colorado done for the wife. i will feel much more comfortable when she drives alone at nite.

i know these photos dont do the HIDs justice but here they are. also my truck was on a little bit of a grade, trust me when i say i can see about 2-3 times further with my HIDs.
