I'm currently replacing every bushing on the truck with Energy suspension bushings.

When attempting to remove the uppers I could not get the ball joint out I did everything I know to do an hour later I skipped it. Any info on how to pop them out.

Also, does anyone have the torque spec on the sway bar end links I know you can tighten them to basically anything crushing the bushing but I've never took the time to do it correct so just looking for info on that

The truck is a 2004 Silver SRT10
