I don't think this is the one your referring to but I purchased this one a couple years ago on Ebay. May still be someone that has them or can make them for you. Lot of sellers on there that are making customized decals.

I also had these tail stripes customer done and installed. Contact some of the sellers on ebay that has windshield decals listed. I'm sure someone out there can assist you in making whatever you desire.
