Wackin' at a dead horse

What's up fellow Viper Truckers. I had the Snugtop SL installed about one month ago, but I have not put the wing on. I liked the way it looked without the wing, but I know that I will eventually want the wing back on for a whole new look. Now that some time has gone by for you guys that have installed the wing on your bed cover, have any of you experienced any problems at all? Do any of you have regrets about attaching the wing to the bed cover?

Thanks a million for any responses.

if you choose to not put the wing back on, ill buy it from you :D
I have had no problems with the cover and wing, and i love the way it looks.
without wing be prepared for even more of the "Does that gotta hemi" question. I put the wing back on. I liked it better that way. :)

Well I was cruising back home (in my Red SRT-VR10, (Viper/Ram)) from just finishing off a Dairy Queen French Vanilla Mocha shake when a 4x4 2004 Hemi edged up next to me (even-steven like)...He could not pass me because someone was ahead of him in his lane. I really did not pay attention to the Hemi. I slowed down a tad so that he could get by and as he did, it sounded like the Hemi was revvin' like wanting me to race (or in laymans term, waste petrol knowing that I would smoke him out)... I let Hemi get past me AND I got past the ole fogie and switched lanes, (already had the truck in 3rd gear, punched it and i was up on the Hemi like fly on sheet; Passed Mr. Hemi up while his jaw dropped, all he could do is look at a streak of rrr-red as it went by...and the road necked down to single lane, I was ahead, slowed down to speed limit and continued to cruise on home with the Hemi following behind --also going the speed limit. Don't know if his face was red cuz he was upset or cuz my truck reflects its colour so well :D

OH, how fast was I going when I passed the Hemi? Thought you would ask..the speed limit was 35...stupidly I was going 82...but it was a short stupid distance..scary cuz these roads are not conducive to race speeds...Most the time I drive decently and suck up the ooo's ahd ahhh's!..Knowing that we have the ability to blow the doors off others...we can pick and choose our "race times"; hence Hem(p)i Smokin'. ;)

This truck is just so wayy cool! I tend to baby my vehicles...(don't beat them to death). It is staying at home today because it is supposed to rain, so it gets a rest today. Drove in the Saturn Ion-3 quad coupe today...(also Red in color) and good on gas too.
take care, :)
