Guys,

I'm looking for a Silver Ram SRT-10. I've got a Red one on order and it is still in BG status. My dealer (NY) is cool with this and is also looking for a Silver Ram SRT-10 for me also.

I called D-C Customer assistance today and I'm still on eternal hold. My dealer called also and was told pretty much the same, he says that most trucks are going to the southern states (Texas and California).

I live in Florida and am getting serious about looking for a Silver Ram SRT-10.
also. Anybody seen one at a dealership? That they want to sell?

Heres the latest humorous update. This is from a Dodge Dealer in Bonham Texas. I wonder how long this price will hold???

I appreciate the quick response. I only was looking for a one. My " very brief " conversation with your sales manager was unfortunately sufficient to convince me that he's too busy to be civil with prospective customers.

I have been in the military for 30 years, can pay cash, and can afford to buy whatever vehicle that I choose to. When I questioned the price of $49,999.00, I was then summarily hung up on with only a dial tone to answer any further questions.

Your dealership may consider spending some of that $8000.00+ profit on some additional customer service training.

Finally Got To See One!

Mark, And Others, I Spotted A Silver Srt-10 This Morning On My Way East To Pensacola, Fl. I Had Already Heard That There Was One On The Ground Here In Mobile, Al. This Afternoon I Went To This Guys Business To Get A Look At The Real Thing. This Guy Has Had His Truck Two Weeks, And Already He Has Fitted A K&n Filter On A Piece Of Tubing, Put 3 Inch Pipes From The Pre-cats Back, Put Euro Style Tail Lights, And A Flush Mount Bed Cover.
I Must Say It Is Good To See The Truck So I Don't Feel So Bad About Buying It Sight Unseen.

Not Sure Of The Name Brands, But The Lights Came Off His 03 Quad, I Would Think They Could Be Found In A Truckin Mag, And Same Goes For The Bed Cover, He Told Me He Ordered It Out Of A Truck Magazine, Flush Fit, Inside The Rails And Fits Like A Glove.

I got a call yesterday from the sales manager at my local (friendly) dealership and I'm going over in wednesday to see the Silver Ram SRT-10 that came off of the truck last night. On the way home I'll stop at one of the other dealers who has a Red one that also arrived on monday. I already know thev'e got a $66K price on that one. Heck, for $1K less ($65K) I can buy the Blue VCA Ram SRT-10 that is "floating around" the Florida VCA underground looking for offers (I could drive it home on Sunday!). I'll stay patient for another 6 or so weeks to see if my order breaks free before I start seriously hunting. I'm hoping to bring it with me to Mobile in April for the show ( I'm registering the Indy just in case). I'll be talking to Chuck in Daytona on Friday and see what develops. Email me and let me know the dealer details on the Silver SRT-10 if you've got it. There is a Red Ram SRT-10 at an Exotic Car dealer in Ft. Lauderdale too.
It's strange how these trucks are being distributed.
