Hi all,

Im in the UK, so out on my own when it comes to service as Dodge dont support the trucks here. I have an 05 SRT10 Quad Cab and really need to get a full workshop manual, ideally on CD. Can anyone help ?

Thanks

I have the 05 CD which is available at techauthority.chrysler.com

problem is, it does not have any info on the engine. Same thing happened last year with the initial 04 manuals. No engine information. This year, since it being the second model year, I figured it would be included. I called techauthority and they told me it included all dodge 1500 through 3500 powertrains. Well, I was stupid to not press them further and I believed them. Do not but the manual (for now)

Many thanks, Ive got a problem with a cam shaft bolt thats come loose after 700 miles, and we need to strip the engine down. I hope the engine info is in the download !

All the best

Sounds like a cam bolt recall issue. You can check your VIN here:

..or in this thread...

Oh, and if you find the engine and/or transmission manual on CD/online, please let me/us know.

Good luck!
I could be wrong but I believe the cam bolt recall was only on the early 04 SRT-10's. Mine was built in Jan 04, and it had to have the recall performed on it.

Yea, there is definately no issues with the 05's at all. PERIOD..

Some 04's that dealers are two busy to check, still need to be done, but those are manufactured in late 03 early 04.
