Does anyone have the wiring diagram for under the hood that would include the ground wires bolted to the passenger fender? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a 2004 Ram SRT-10, and I am having some ground issues. There are a collections of ground wires on the passenger fender. The black with the light green tracer on my truck has had a tremendous amount of heat in it, and has melted the jacket. For a while, it would draw so much on the truck that the battery couldn't turn the starter over. I have disconnected this one ground wire, but everything in my truck still works. Can anyone tell me what that wire is the ground for? See the photo below for the burned wire.
