Everything else is only h or v rated

It's lame the trucks can go 150 mph but not with the tires you can buy for it.22×9 has tons of options.

Like Bad Azp said there are V rated tires which are rated for 149MPH. Unless you're doing top speed run you won't have anything to worry about.
